The approved scheme proposed the erection of 6 dwellings on a site area of 0.17 hectares of land with 2 parking spaces per dwelling and an additional 2 formal visitor spaces within the development.

The buildings have been positioned and orientated to maximise the use of natural daylight and solar energy. This was achieved by orientating the dwellings in such a way that the main elevations face in an arc from a south east to westerly direction, maximising the potential for solar gain and reducing the need for energy consumption.
