Land Promotion:
The approved scheme proposed the erection of 12 dwellings on a site with an area of 0.58 hectares.
Whilst this is a low density scheme the amount of development sits comfortably in the context of the existing village setting and provides a logical arrangement of buildings within the site creating positive frontages and aspects throughout. The dwellings are a combination of 1½ and 2 storey in height, respecting the scale of the surrounding properties.
